It’s tiring being a nation. Global Chaos, laws and meetings…it never ends for the nations and it probably never will. New things come and go, but sometimes things appear that make them think about what they are living in.
At home they have the own responsibilities, their food, their health, their animals. However not everything stays the way they are, and change happens and slaps everyone in the face. Especially in the form of a childlike identical like nation. These Chibi-nations are appearing quickly, and without explanation. No one knows why on earth they showed up. However they aren’t pulling any punches for change. These chibi-like children adorn cat tails and cat ears. Not only that, the little ones seem to turn back to their feline forms if agitated or upset enough.
These children need to be raised since they are innocent and unknowing of the world today. These Neko-children, need guidance from their older and more experienced counterparts. However these children are not identical, and will probably make their guardians go through trials of parenthood, and maybe change the outlook of themselves. To hear the words they always wanted to say, and to say the words that they wanted to hear.
