Arthur, in an ill-conceived plot to show Alfred how powerful he once was, only meant to transport Alfred via spell back to the glory days of the British Empire. But not only did the entire World Conference come back with him, only he remembers life after World War I.

Now he has to figure out how to reverse the spell and send everyone forward to the present, all without blowing his cover.
