Here is what you must fill out if you would like to apply for a character:

Country: Please put the name of the country you are applying for here.
Human Name: This will be the name you will use more often. If your character does not have a canon name, you may give them one.
Age: How old is your character? Tell us here.
Gender: What gender are they? Let us know.
Appearance: Describe what your character looks like, including physical appearance and things like clothes and accessories. Please have a minimum of two paragraphs, and describe the character with detail.
Personality: Describe what your character is like, or how they might act in certain situations. Please have a minimum of at least three paragraphs.
Strengths and Weaknesses: What are things your character are good at? What are they not so good at? Please post at least two paragraphs for each.
Likes: Please list at least four likes of your character. You may go in depth if you wish.
Dislikes: Please list at least four dislikes of your character. You may go in depth if you wish.
History: What was your character's life like before coming to play Survivor? Please include at least two paragraphs describing your character's life outside of the game.
Audition: What did your character do to get accepted onto the show? Why do they want to compete? This is where you would post their 'audition tape'. Post as if you were role playing as your character.
